Helping women of all ages move from surviving to thriving.

I’m so glad you’re here. Come sit with me a while and hear my story.

The phrase “it takes a village” is often used to describe raising children. But it is just as applicable to motherhood itself. To be the mothers our children depend on us to be, we also need a village of mothers to stand by us—to protect and shelter us, to teach us, to challenge us, and to hold us accountable, so that true and lasting personal growth takes root and blossoms. Future generations require us to break generational cycles of trauma in order to release ourselves from that bondage so that we can emerge as healthier mothers with healthier children.

Discover how my clinical expertise, my stories, victories, and pain, can help you take steps to move forward in healing to thrive in your own life.

“When we honestly ask ourselves which person in our lives mean the most to us, we often find that it is those who, instead of giving advice, solutions, or cures, have chosen rather to share our pain and touch our wounds with a warm and tender hand. The friend who can be silent with us in a moment of despair or confusion, who can stay with us in an hour of grief and bereavement, who can tolerate not knowing, not curing, not healing and face with us the reality of our powerlessness, that is a friend who cares.” – Henri Nouwen
